Preparation is the number one key for success in any and everything we do. To succeed in life, you have to prepare for the unexpected. Some will ask, How do you prepare for the unknown? First you have to have a goal, 2nd, you must make a plan,3rd, you'll have to understand what you will be achieving and sacrificing, 4th, you MUST make sure your mentally ready, Then finally, begin your journey.

   There is nothing on this earth that we do or use that hasn't been planned, prepared, and processed. From the smallest to the largest objects, creations, or simply accomplishments, started out as an idea or a GOAL. It takes time, but if you have the key points, the Three P;s (Plan, Prepare, Process) you will achieve your Goal.

Lets look at something that's small, but yet a huge obstacle for most people; Loosing weight. Weight Lost and healthy eating is becoming the number one concern for most of the human population, now that health issues are a major factor. Goal--Loose weight
Plan--Prepare Meals, map out and make time to Go to the gym
Prepare--mentally and spiritually be ready, know what your achieving and sacrificing, and remember "HOW BAD YOU WANT IT"
Process--Begin your journey day by day with the plan that was made.

Yes you may think its easier said then done. But, its a life changer that can and will save your life if applied correctly. Remember this is just an example, of how to break down that of what you want to accomplish.
